2026 Easter in Bayonne

  • Mai Tai:
    • 12 oz fresh squeezed lime juice in squeeze bottle
    • Mai Tai mix:
      • 16 oz Planteray 3 Star
      • 16 oz Appleton 8 year
      • 12 oz dry curacao
      • 12 oz orgeat
  • Royal Hawaiian
    • Juice mix: 20 oz cold pressed pineapple, 10 oz fresh squeezed lemon
    • 10 oz Hendricks gin, 10 oz orgeat
    • Bottle of Empress 1908 gin
    • garnish: flowers
  • Espresso Martini
    • fully pre-mixed bottle
    • garnish: pineapple wedges
    • garnish: Luxardo cherries
  • Staten Island Tapwater
    • fully pre-mixed bottle
    • double-skewered meat-wrapped mozzarella balls

Postmortem notes:

  • I made too much by more than double of everything.
  • Batching ingredients worked great with zero loss in quality.
  • Next year, target 8 of each drinks, more of Espresso Martini if Juan is coming.
  • Quality disposable cocktail cups were a huge win.
  • I should have pre-made garnishes and espresso martini mix the night before
