Postmortem notes:
- I made too much by more than double of everything.
- Batching ingredients worked great with zero loss in quality.
- Next year, target 8 of each drinks, more of Espresso Martini if Juan is coming.
- Quality disposable cocktail cups were a huge win.
- I should have pre-made garnishes and espresso martini mix the night before
