- Dinner Rolls - failed to rise properly. Also, someone else brought dinner rolls. Make something else more reliable next time.
- Espresso Martini - huge hit. Juan, in particular, loved them. Pre-mix in the future, as the whole cocktail is as stable as the cold brew.
- Mojitos - very good, well liked, but labor intensive for a family party where I don't have much room to work.
