Baked Salmon with Maple Dijon Glaze

Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet or side
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon or whole-grain mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Place the salmon fillets on the parchment line baking sheetskin-side down.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, and mustard, brush onto salmon
- Place in oven preheated to 375°F for 10-15 minutes until internal temp is 145°F
