Parmigiano Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 7 cups cauliflower florets
- ½ cup grated parmigiano cheese
- 1 cup italian breadcrumb
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Spread onto a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425˚F.
- Stir the cauliflower. Bake for an additional 10 minutes at 425˚F.
- Serve.
