Parmigiano Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup grated parmigiano cheese
  • 1 cup italian breadcrumb
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  3. Spread onto a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 425˚F.
  5. Stir the cauliflower. Bake for an additional 10 minutes at 425˚F.
  6. Serve.
