Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye Whiskey
• .25 oz. Rich Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Hardware:

• Mixing glass
• bar spoon
• rocks glass or similar

Directions

1. Add rye, Maraschino, syrup, and ice to mixing glass and stir
2. Spritz absinthe into glass
3. Strain into glass over a large ice cube
4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
